How We Help

Our curriculum has been developed by certified, experienced teachers from the local school boards, familiar with the Ontario and Quebec education guidelines. An initial assessment is conducted to determine the skill level and unique learning needs of each student joining the Centre. Individual programs - in either French Immersion, French or English - are then designed. As well, we emphasize strong work habits and study skills. Student progress is communicated to parents regularly.

Our teaching staff for English, French and French Immersion programs, are certified teachers or are university educated with related experience, who work with students to enhance their knowledge , skills and attitudes while encouraging long-term learning and positive self-esteem. Many parents are concerned about the teacher-student ratio in local schools. The On Your Mark Learning Centre guarantees a ratio of no more than three to one.

Our Education Director is a fully accredited and experienced school principal who is on-site on a regular basis.

Our centre's environment has been carefully planned and designed to facilitate learning in a positive, welcoming classroom setting. The On Your Mark Learning Centre is the only Learning centre in the area to offer separate French Immersion, French and English programs.

Our centre's flexible scheduling and program options recognize the importance of family commitments and busy lifestyles.
